Malls are the heart of this city as shopping is the main tourist attraction. We visited 3 malls, The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and The BurJurman Mall. All 3 are more glamorous than ANY mall I've visited here in the United States. The Dubai Mall is the largest in the world with 1200 shops. More people visit the Dubai Mall annually than visit New York city or Los Angeles. The Mall of Emirates although smaller is more glamorous than the Dubai Mall. It has 450 shops, but has the world's only indoor ski slope and also a very large aquarium and an ice skating rink.
