This hotel in located on the Palm islands. This hotel is featured in TV commercials and also was the location of one of the survivor programs. If you go back and view the map of the Dubai you will see two land islands resembling palm trees, enclosed in a circle, offshore in the Persian Gulf. This hotel is located at the top of the circle just outside the top leaves of the palm tree, on the Palm Jumeira structure. Hotels are built on the trunk of the tree and the leaves individual homes. These are man-made islands.
